Park in Eidesåsen. The trail runs through a wooded area during the first ascent. Some steep parts. Follow the red T's to the waterfall and further towards Eidesnuten. Great views over Sørfjorden and Sandvinsvatnet.

Eidesnuten in Odda has a fantastic view over the Hardangerfjord, Sandvinsvatnet and the surrounding mountain area. The tour starts from the residential area Eidesåsen, which is located just above Odda Camping. If you park at Eidesåsen kindergarten (NOTE you cannot park here during the opening hours of the kindergarten! Alternative parking down by Sandvinvatnet) you continue to the right (direction Odda centre), and follow the road almost to the end. Here you will find signs for Eidesnuten. The path is steep at times. It takes about 2-3 hours to the top, where you get a magnificent view of Sørfjorden, Sandvinvatnet and the surrounding area. Eidesåsen is 903 meters above sea level.
