My favorite half-day trip! Just 50 minutes north of Toledo, Ann Arbor is full of fun surprises. You can't go wrong with dinner at Frita Batido, Aventura ($$$), or Tomuken! Make it an evening with a late movie at the historic State or Michigan Theaters. If you there in the morning or afternoon, swing by La Bon Macron for delicious pastries!

If you're looking for a night out, look no further. Start your night by grabbing dinner at any of the endless choices (we love a low key burger at Frita Batidos). Stroll over to The Last Word for a craft cocktail and stumble your way to the dancefloor at Live, Alleybar, Nightcap or Cirque.

Ann Arbor is the home of the wolverines! Go Blue! This isn’t just for sight seeing, the food downtown is to die for! With a very broad demographic comes crazy amounts of restaurant choices. The food options seem endless from Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Peruvian, Canadian, Brazilian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Colombian, Venezuelan, Japanese, Ethiopian, Jamaican, Trinidadian, Polish, German, Irish, Korean, Moroccan, Puerto-Rican, Honduran and of course American! You want it? We got it! From fine dining to casual, you name it! If you’re not from Michigan you MUST eat at a Coney Island. It’s A MUST!
