THE BEST restaurant in Annapolis. husband and wife team of Jeremy and Michelle Hoffman, two Culinary Institute of America grads continually refresh food and drink menus with ingredients from local farms. They don't take reservations, so I put my name on the wait list and have a glass of Lambrusco at Red Red Wine bar while I wait.
