Best pho in Portland, right down the street. In winter, it's especially delightful. Walk there in the rain and warm your bones with a hot bowl of noodle soup!

Legit Pho and Bun Bo Hue, best broth in town. Family run place. Perfect on a rainy day.

Makes the lists for best pho in town. Dine in or phone it in for carry out and it will be ready when you get there with the noodles packaged separately for the walk back home. Perfect for a rainy day warm up.
