OMG the view! The Mountain Home sits atop a mountain ridge with sweeping views of our area. Their food is incredible. They will give you chocolates with your red wine, yum!I always stop here on my way over the mountain as I head out to Stinson Beach.

The closest restaurant to the cottage, 1 mile up the hill. Enjoy stunning views of the bay from the deck.

Just down the road is the iconic Mountain Home Inn. Relax after hiking or biking, enjoy a glass of wine or a nice meal, and the spectacular view!

If you are up for a beautiful hike from Muir Woods up Mt Tam to the Mountain Home inn, it is a lovely stop for a bite to eat or a drink with a 'top of the world' view!
