Happiness Forgets

This is where bartenders go to drink. It’s well hidden in a basement under a Thai restaurant in Hoxton Square, so you really need to know where you’re going. As you descend, the letters on the stairs spell the word “happiness.” It’s a really small space, but every time I’ve been, the cocktails have been phenomenal. The bartenders who work here are some of the most serious and knowledgeable I have met. The list changes constantly, but I’d suggest you go off-menu and give them a list of ingredients that you like: They love being put on the spot.
