Fabulous mountain biking trail suitable for kids or professional riders. Excellent flow trails! Also hike worthy, but beware of bikers. There is a secret rope swing on one of the trails. Shhhh.

Nice hiking and mountain bike trails, nice lake views. Trails vary from 0.7 miles to 3.1 miles in length, maps with trail information available at the Towns County Chamber. From Hiawassee: Take a right at the end of Kanuga St, then another quick right onto GA75 North to the NC-GA state line, where it turns into NC175. Proceed 1.5 miles and turn left onto SR1155, Jack Rabbit Rd. It is a little over 5 miles from the cabin. We have a friend who is a marathon runner and she enjoyed running here. I'm definitely not a marathon runner and I enjoyed hiking here - there's also a nice picnic area on the lake.
