This is a family run restaurant in El Palmar. The town is a short drive from Valencia city center and well worth the effort if you want to try a traditional paella cooked on top of a wood fired stove. Also wile you are waiting ask them for a boat and they will give you a ride through natural park (La Albufera). It really worth it and no many people knows that.
