Above Margaritaville and open till 8 or 9 pm. Locals’ favorite. Good wifi. If you must have Starbucks there are 3 on 41st street.

Extremely friendly and drinks are great. Has a great local feel. You can sit outside and enjoy the ocean view.

Great place to sit and work, or snag a balcony seat and enjoy the view of the ocean.
