A nice gentle swimming beach and a good walk along to explore the caves makes the drive always worth a visit

Beautiful long beach with enormous caves down the end. You can take a walk through the woods and you can watch people climbing up the cliff face. Lovely drive - pick up a coffee in Port Chalmers and check out the port.

Is a very long beach, at the end of which is a natural sea cave. You can often spot rock climbers along here. Its a nice place for a Sunday drive.
