It's right up the road, but a private resort, so you will need reservations for dinner. Views are spectacular and this is definitely a special occasion place. I've heard their Sunday brunch is amazing. I believe they also do picnic lunches, so call and check them out.

Premier mountaintop property adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Rustic architecture with amazing views, superb service and delicious food. Dinner by reservation only.
