If you like fortified wines, this is well worth a stop on your tour around the South West. Phenomenal.

Gralyn Estate is recognised as one of Australia's most prestigious boutique wineries and was the first winery to open a cellar door in the Margaret River region. Gralyn produces both dry and sweet wines, however my personal palette lends towards the sweeter variety so I would suggest trying the Late Harvest Red and the Late Harvest White wine - although their chocolate fortified wines are also to-die-for! The owners Merilyn and Graham have many amazing stories and if you are fortunate enough to meet them on your visit you may be treated to an informative and engaging discussion of the early pioneering days.

WILYABRUP - Insanely good wine, especially their Reds and Fortified. This is a must to visit if you are passionate about wine!
