A fantastic underground restaurant, run by an old guy and his son. They sit you down and you get whatever they have, so good and cheap! Must visit in your time here.

It is a basement taverna in the central market of Athens, in the corner of Sokratous Street and Theatre Square. The 150 year old neoclassical building, same age with the tavern, hides into its guts the most authentic tavern in Athens.
