Downhill mountain biking...get taken to the top of the hill over an over as you decend punishing trails. So much fun and so much more exhausting that you give it credit for.

again on the same site is Antur Stiniog, a large and popular mountain biking and outdoor pursuits centre. They run lots of activities out of the centre and rent all of the equipment you need to enjoy the centre or take off site – other nearby mountain biking is in Cwm Penmachno, famed as some of the best tracks in the UK
