Go to Haralds vaffel close by to get the very Norwegian waffle "Vaffel med brunost". Its a Norwegian waffle with brown goat-cheese. There are many other versions too, and we suggest you try one. PS. the address is Herslebs gate 2, and not Schweigaards gate as it appears in the map
