Great aloha vibe, it is small, not good for big groups, but if you are 4-5 go to this place try the cinnamon rolls. Tell Sunny hello when you are there!

Best breakfasts in Lincoln City is a short walk from Seascape! Definitely worth a visit!

Limited hours, but the burgers are killer and french toast delish. The beignets are worth the splurge! Easy walking distance from the cabins and the southern beach access.
