Bill’s Boat Hire on the esplanade in Golden Beach is a must for a day on the water featuring some form of floatation device. Whilst you’re on your floatation device, head over to Bribie Island and check out the wildlife! (Kangaroos, pelicans,sea cucumbers, 100 year-old fishermen ,absolutely stunning deserted beach,lighthouse etc.....)

The boat hire is great - no boat licence needed to go over to Bribie Island which is a National Park - a wonderful experience. You can book this online. This is probably a 20 minute walk, but there is a path the whole way. You can drive there in 5 minutes.
