Intrepid divers jump from this bridge between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown along State Beach. It's a Vineyard thing! Great picture taking and people watching! It's called the Jaws bridge because a scene from the movie Jaws was filmed here.

One of the Island's favorites. BE CAREFUL!! The currents can be very strong and dangerous. Do not jump at night or if you are not a excellent swimmer.

Bridge famous for the scene in Jaws when the shark swims into the pond. Kids and adults love jumping from the bridge. Make sure you're at the big bridge not small bridge. It's very dangerous to jump from the small bridge

Yup, it was filmed here---and we're hoping there are no sharks. This bridge is jam-packed with (mostly teenage) folks taking the plunge. Looks like fun! (though I can't say I've done it)
