Sitting on the calm part of the river above Upriver Dam (3-miles upstream from Spokane Falls) is Boulder Beach, on one side is a nice sandy beach, and on the other side are cliffs to jump off & a rope swing into the river. Also, a good spot to watch airplanes perform water landings, wake-boarders/water-skiers, and aerial firefighting helicopters resupply on water.
