Walk past the pool and you see Penzance harbour, from here you can embark on a Boat trip on the Mermaid out to see seals, dolphins, numerous seabirds and the occasional whale. The boat trip is really good value and it is so lovely to see the coast line from the water as you head out to sea. The other recommended trip is on the catamaran The Marine Discovery which offers various trips out to explore Mounts Bay and the nearby coastal waters.
