We loved Aranto in Lefkes (around 30 minutes by car). Lefkes is a village on the mountain (a rather unexpected sight for the islands), that is worth exploring and walking around. Aranto is an easily accessible restaurant with nice views and very interesting greek plates. Definitely make a reservation before going as it is always busy. Tel: +30 2284 044070
