If you care about the Second Continental Congress and the Declaration of Independence, this is the part of town for you. Cobblestone streets and horse and carriage tours. Mind that you enter at the appropriately signed entrances, because for some reason the National Park Service really worries about you jaywalking and stepping over the low fence.
