down the street, front row, good seafood and friend fish, decent wine and cocktails. Might want to make a reservation and tell them beach view or inside

Newly renovated spot right in the heart of all the action down on Venice Beach. Great for drinks with friends or grabbing a bite. Excellent people watching.
