At the intersection of La Costa Avenue and Hwy 101, its a popular place with the locals and tourists. My son is addicted to the bean and cheese burrito. Not that innovative but very fresh food as it is always busy. Everything is good there. Some limited seating but keep in mind it is a taco stand. A bit off a walk (north)

Been around for forty years plus... still making great post surf session food - the shredded chicken burrito is still my fave.
