Burgers are king at Village Burger Waimea, including fish and vegetarian options. Locally sourced ingredients (hormone and antibiotic free meats) make up favorites like the Hawaii Big Island Beef burger, made with select cuts of fresh chuck and brisket. The Hamakua Mushroom (vegetarian) burger is cooked with sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary and scallions. Don’t forget the fries at Village Burger — hand cut, twice-cooked to perfection. If you like a little heat, go for the wasabi mayonnaise on the side.

Amazing burgers: Lamb, veal, beef, mushroom, taro, ahi and more. The very best shakes. Fries are the best. Gourmet all the way with excellent salads to boot.
