4T Trail Loop (google it for details) From Council Crest Park (in our guidebook), walk to this tram terminal and take the gondola down to the river. Continue the loop for a cool hike through the city, combining Trail, Tram, Trolley, and Train.

Best view of Portland, SW Washington, both rivers, and the Oregon Cascades. On a clear day you can see Mt. Ranier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson. Possibly more. Best view is riding from the top to the South Waterfront lower Tram landing.
