Close by and convenient. coffee, groceries, take out food, alcohol, place to eat inside and outside. Restaurants, theaters, stores, short walks. House has both wifi and broadband.

Great breakfast burritos, coffee not so good. Also a decent deli and a quick place to grab a few groceries, a bit bigger than a corner store with nicer and organic food.

Beer and wine are reasonably priced, but food and grocery items are very OVERpriced. Only go here for that single item you forgot at Trader Joe's or elsewhere. Prepared deli items are good to go.
