The food is delicious. The restaurant is next to Newhaven Harbour and there is a good view from the restaurant of the lighthouse in the harbour. It is a small intimate restaurant.

One of the higher rated restaurants in the area. If you fancy fresh and local food The Light House is the place to go. With seasonally inspired dishes changing every day, here you can enjoy fresh seafood, fantastic cuts of meat and gorgeous vegetarian food while appreciating the wonderful views overlooking the picturesque Newhaven Harbour. The Light House is the right place to go if you want to enjoy an outstanding cuisine experience, or a cozy romantic dinner under the warm coloured fairy-lights and lovely sea themed decorations.

A popular and well thought of small restaurant located in the photogenic and historic Newhaven fishing village area of Edinburgh. It serves locally sourced produce. To get to Newhaven, you can either walk for about 30 minutes or the number 34 and 300 buses will take you from near the Airbnb to Ocean Terminal, which is only a ten minute walk way from Newhaven at most.
