Founded in Freeport, their new tasting room opened last summer and it is a complete delight. IPAs take the spotlight, but their sours and lagers are top notch.

This breweries are a bit of a drive out of Portland, but their beers are among our favorites in the local beer scene. If you don't want to make the drive out to Freeport or Westbrook, keep an eye out for it at many of the bars, restaurants, and retail beer stores in Portland. It's fairly readily available and shouldn't be missed.

Mast Landing is a popular brewery in Downtown Westbrook. They often pair with a food truck and host trivia nights and other themed events.

If you are visiting the breweries close by (Foundation, Battery Steele, Austin St.) this is worth the 7 - 10 minute foray into Westbrook. Solid ales and definitely try a sample of Gunner's Daughter.
