Check out this Mexican America style market. Prices tend to be reasonable and if you can cook traditional Oaxacan recipes from your Abuelita then please don't keep that to yourself.

Smaller grocery for when the Berkeley Bowl gets too overwhelming. Hot food as well as the usual produce, and essentials. Fresh Mexican bakery goods ( pan dulce). Located on San Pablo Blvd, one block south of University Ave. 20 minute walk.
