A new and very welcome addition to the Galatina bar scene since opening in May 2019. Barman Carlo Liuzzi is the most famous mixologist in the region and combines the best top shelf spirits with his own mixes. Conveniently located between Palazzo Andriani and the main piazza, it's worth stopping by and letting Carlo recommend his latest invention. Latest favourites are the smoky Mezcal Negroni and the Pisco Punch.
