Joia is the only vegetarian star in Italy: one red and one green Michelin star. The cuisine is original and refined, lightened by excesses of fats, gluten and sugars and a continuous surprise for taste and sight. One is won over by the character, concreteness and quality of the food. Everything is based on scrupulous research of ingredients (all organic) and techniques. The restaurant is elegant and very welcoming, the atmosphere relawed and the service impeccable .

Try the bistrot at lunch... there is a precious vegan food. The resturant is even better but much more expensive.
