Good cheap booze n food in a million dollar location. Full of down to earth locals.

This is fantastic, spoil yourself with a sunset dinner and a bottle of wine. You will need ID to sign in. Literally across the park above The Flying Bear.

Local sailing club which happens to have a balcony over the water where you can enjoy a drink, though I dont quite rate the food. Closes at 9pm on Fridays so not a place for late night social types or partygoers!
