Iyo is the only sushi restaurant in Italy (which, as you may have guessed, is a specialty of the city) with a Michelin star. Eating here, however, is an experience that goes far beyond cooking. One MICHELIN Star: Using top quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard. Despite the new Michelin star, the account over the past few years has remained stable, and this is certainly appreciable: it keeps under one hundred euros.
