Under this pier is best shore diving and snorkling spot in Geelong region. (diving and snorkling only permitted the timber parts of pier) There is an ubundance of wild life to see including sea horses, sting rays and nudibranches. Fishing is excellent with whiting, snapper, squid, flat heads and other varieties.
