Juniper is a swanky cocktail bar that is an all-glass enclosed rooftop space near the Short North Arts District. They host a lot of events there, so you’d have to call to make sure they are open to the public on a given night, but it’s a great spot to see a view of the whole city.

Rooftop bar with the most stunning views of the city!! High-end cocktails, definitely not a jeans & T-Shirt venue. I recommend the old fashioned, it's fantastic.
