A short walk through Victoria Square takes you to Clifton Village where you'll find a number of places to eat. My personal favourite is Mediterranean restaurant Saffron - Open from 8am - 0117 329 42 04

about a 25/30 min walk. This place is great, cheap and cheerful. Especially good in the summer as they have lovely outdoor seating. They have a strong mediterranean influence and their menu reflects this, with a very wide range of options to suit everyone
