Excellent beer selection, independently run, BYO food from one of the nearby takeaways or they offer excellent pizzas (The Pizza Place)

The Red Lion is a great pub, with good traditional beers as well as everything else you would expect. Unusually, but brilliantly, you are encouraged to order food from local takeaways (and there are plenty!) and to eat at the pub! They will give you plates, condiments and cutlery to help you enjoy your meal, and clear up afterwards - how good is that!!

The Red Lion - Not far from the cottage is this great cosy, dog friendly, local pub. You are able to take in your own food or even order your food to the pub! They source local guest ales and ciders from local breweries. www.redlionmanningtree.co.uk

This is just the most cosy pub with seating inside and out. It even has a fresh-made pizza place right next door
