Italian Resturant. La Lanterna is the first restaurant in Queensland, Australia, dedicated to the tradition of Ligurian cuisine. As they started trading in 2017 we soon realized how hard it was to find fresh homemade pasta and focaccia, therefore they adjusted out menu and started making everything from scartch. They use many different flours which means they have plenty of Gluten free options. Genovese and Ligurian cuisine are mostly vegetarian. They also provide vegan and dairy free options.
