The overriding reason to stop at Boston Beach is for the well known Boston Jerk, but if you fancy surfing then this is the best beach. It is highly popular among surfers as tides are often higher than other locations on the island. You can rent surfing boards and take lessons from a local entrepreneur.

Boston’s Bay is a surfer’s paradise! Lessons start at $25 USD; to rent a board is around $20 USD but please pay in JMD ($5000 for both lesson/board; $2500 for just the board). Also just cool to body surf in the water as well. Even my 6 year old enjoyed with his life vest. Beautiful, white sand as well. Only $300 JMD to get into this gorgeous beach. Food and drinks are available on sight, as well.
