Great hike ending in really cool lakes 8 or 16 miles round trip lower and upper lakes.

You can go to the lower lake which is 7.5 ish miles round trip or go past the lower lake to the upper lake which is more like 15 miles round trip. Beautiful hike year round. Take bug spray in the summer and always take bear spray. It is common to see moose and deer past the lower lake.

This is one of our favorite hikes with the trail head minutes away! It is 4 miles from the lower lake where you are almost always guaranteed to see a moose or other wildlife.
