Flora is a teeny tiny restaurant in Bilderdijkpark, which is also quite small and charming. They have fantastic brunch -- try the chicken and waffles and a Bloody Mary or horchata. The food is killer, the location is charming and all the windows makes it great for enjoying the sunshine.

Pop-up street food concept turned into restaurant. Great mexican-Californian style tacos! Nice place in the park.
