It’s a one-kind-per-day, inspired vegetarian combination using the freshest organic local ingredients. One day, it could be fresh corn and pasilla chili with French feta cheese; another day, cremini mushrooms and caramelized onions with Pecorino cheese; and a third day, roasted sweet potato and kale with Campo de Montalban cheese.

What once used to be a McDonald's, Dimond Slice Pizza now occupies that same space to offer healthy but delicious and fresh pizza. Dimond Slice Pizza offers fresh and hot pizza with a rotating daily menu so you can try new types every day. In addition to their daily pizza menu, they also offer gluten free and vegan options.

I heard this was opened by a couple of guys that used to work at Arizmendi. Same concept: pie of the day. Also delicious, and nearby with generally no line and only 3 minutes away by car. I like to get a half-bake and finish cooking it at home, check the daily menu online before heading over.
