Local eatery owned by the mayor of Stroudsburg, Tarah Probst. BYOB. Limited bar menu available. Not what I would consider a budget conscious restaurant but you CAN eat there on a budget and leave satisfied. The food experience is truly an art form. Ask to chat with Chef Julie if she is in, and be prepared for food to be taken to a whole new level. A true hometown experience. Artwork is available for sale by featured local artists and live music is commonplace. You will just swoon over servers Sara and Erin, as they welcome you like family and keep you laughing throughout your meal. Ask for their food/activity advice and TAKE it! You just can't go wrong with a visit to this local treasure.
