The long, cool vineyards and the modern and open space of the dining area makes this a pretty great spot to relax after your plane lands, before you make it to the bustling city. Opened in 1996, this restaurant is run by a great young chef and winemaker, named FloriUka. Their specialties include their wonderful homemade wine, cheese stuffed pickled peppers, lamb and locally made cheese, and much more. What you’ll notice is the freshness in everything you taste!

Uka Farm was founded in 1996 by former Minister of Agriculture Rexhep Uka, who started organic cultivation of agricultural products on a small plot of land. His son Flori, a trained winemaker and standout amateur chef, is now the driving force behind the restaurant. UKA Farm is the best nearest place outside of Tirana if you are a wine lover and would like to taste Albanian wine. The farm has a restaurant offering a variety of organic food choices. It is stretched along the wine yards making it the perfect place for a romantic or family/friends occasion. A tour in the wine cellar is also possibly upon request.
