Provo River trail starts at Utah Lake and goes up Provo Canyon. It is paved with 2 lanes for bikes and 1 for runners.

Paved trial that goes from Sundance to Utah Lake. Ride your bike, walk, but don't longboard unless you're in full control!

The Provo River trail follows the Provo River through neighbor hoods and parks. It's particularly beautiful near the lake. If you start the trail off of Geneva Road, just North of Center street and walk West, you will find a large tire swing and bench swing that is great for kids.
