Spatzle is a German version of a pasta or dumpling that is usually boiled in water and broth, then pan-fried with butter. Food here is so good, you’ll find a hard time choosing which ones to order! Recommended dishes are the Roasted Baby Potato and Egg Salad, Pork Schnitzel on Spatzle, Spatz Fried Chicken with Paprika Gravy, Pork Chops and Crispy Apple and the Trio of Assorted Cakes for dessert.
