Corky's has grown into a national brand. Get their ribs wet or dry for finger licking good BBQ.

Succulent ribs (the *best* in Memphis) great sides and fantastic desserts in a fun atmosphere with friendly waitstaff. Tip: order the ribs “dry” and add BBQ sauce if you want, but you won’t need it. They’re that good!
