Classic fresh award-winning butcher. Can't go wrong for a weekend BBQ. Try their Texas Chilli Beef, or their Jarrah Jack (lamb with Jarrah Jack's ale). Just picked up more awards for their sausages at the 2018 Sausage King Competition. Gourmet beef wellington, pies, chooks, and fresh cuts.
