Oyster Bar at the South Melbourne Market - get literally market fresh oysters! Super refreshing and delicious with lemon and dozens of chilli sauces available on standing bar. Don't buy just one or half a dozen... get a dozen straight up because you'll end up buying more after tasting how fresh they are!

Best place in South Melbourne Market for oysters. Superbly fresh with all the condiments you want on the bar.
